Ingredients

Wheat flour 225 g
Sugar 150 g
Softened butter 150 g
Egg (medium) 3 pcs.
Baking powder 1.5 tsp.
Vanillin
Blueberries (I have frozen) 250 g

Cooking method

  • Beat butter with sugar until some splendor and sugar dissolves, beat eggs one by one, add vanillin. Mix flour with baking powder, add it to the egg-oil mixture. I mixed everything with a mixer, not being careful, it did not end with anything bad Put frozen blueberries on top, dust it a little with flour and carefully (otherwise the dough will be colored) mix everything. The mass is quite thick. Spoon into paper muffin tins (2/3 full). Put them in a cupcake mold (I have a silicone one). Sprinkle with powdered sugar. I got 14 pieces. Next time I will try to decompose everything into 12 forms, it is quite possible to do it.

Blueberries are found in the "Forest Berries" frozen mix. I think this mixture will do just fine!

I made the same, but with the addition of hemp and flax flour (a tablespoon each) and instead of blueberries, frozen lingonberries. Now they are standing in drukhovka. Then I'll show you what happened if I have time to take a picture. Here two little daws are cutting circles in the kitchen. Everyone's mouths are bottomless :-)))
