Ingredients

Milk 600 ml.
Flour 200 gr
Eggs 3 pcs.
Oil drain. 30-50 gr.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1.5 tsp

Cooking method

Separate the whites from the yolks. beat the whites separately. Grind the yolks with sugar, add salt, melted butter, flour and milk, beat well with a mixer. Then gently pour in the proteins and mix. Bake in a hot skillet or pancake maker. Also, these pancakes can be made without eggs at all, they are even softer or only with proteins. The pancakes are very small and very tender.
