Ingredients

Thick pancakes with whey or yogurt 5 pieces.
minced meat 300 gr.
hard cheese (semi-hard) 100 g
bulb onions 50-70 gr.
egg 1 PC.
vegetable oil for frying
salt, spices taste

Cooking method

  • For the filling, finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until transparent, then add the minced meat, fry, stirring constantly, until crumbly (you can add your favorite spices), then add the cheese grated on a coarse grater and stir until the cheese melts.
  • The filling is ready. We spread it on the edge of each pancake and carefully fold the pancake into a roll, cut each roll into 2-3 parts.
  • Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Beat the egg and salt lightly, dip each roll and send it to the pan, fry until golden brown on both sides and serve hot to the table.
