Ingredients

whole wheat flour 370-380 grams
oat flour 60 grams
low fat milk 300 ml
odorless vegetable oil 75 ml
salt 1 teaspoon under the knife
any sugar substitute taste
soda 1/2 teaspoon
lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon
baking powder 1 teaspoon
cinnamon taste

Cooking method

  • Combine flour, salt, sahzam, soda, baking powder.
    Add butter and lemon juice to milk. Mix both mixtures.
