Planetary mixer Kitfort KT-1343
Kitfort KT-1343-1, black
Kitfort KT-1343-2, light blue
Kitfort KT-1343-3, coffee
The ultra-modern and powerful stationary mixer KT-1343 will help you mix ingredients, beat eggs or cream, prepare mashed potatoes, sauce, cream, mousse, knead batter for pancakes and stiff dough for dumplings and pies.
Thorough mixing
The mixer is equipped with a planetary mixing system: during operation, the nozzle rotates around its axis and at the same time moves in a circle around the inner volume of the bowl, ensuring perfect mixing quality and an even consistency without lumps. The reliable high-power motor allows you to quickly and efficiently mix ingredients of different consistencies for a wide variety of culinary purposes. The built-in fan forcibly cools the motor with a stream of air so that it does not overheat when running at high speeds or when kneading tough dough. Non-slip feet with suction cups secure the mixer firmly to the table.
Reliable automatic control
The mixer can work in fully automatic mode. You just need to put in the ingredients, put on the attachment and turn on the device. Then he will work himself. You don't have to hold anything in your hands like a hand mixer or blender, and you can do other things while the mixer is running.
The mixer allows you to smoothly adjust the speed from minimum to maximum. Impulse mode is used for short-term switching on of the mixer at maximum speed. When the mixer is turned on, the rotation speed increases gradually to prevent splashing of ingredients.
Spacious steel bowl with lid
The mixer is equipped with a large 5 liter bowl. The shape of the nozzles and the bowl is adjusted so that for any amount of food, the nozzle will completely remove them from the edges and mix.
The bowl is made of stainless steel, it is durable and even hot ingredients can be mixed in it. The bowl is rigidly fixed to the base and is equipped with a protective cover with a loading mouth. The lid prevents the ingredients from splashing while mixing. And through the neck, you can add ingredients during operation without turning off the mixer or raising the engine compartment.
The set includes attachments for whipping, mixing and mashing, as well as hooks for kneading tight dough and a splash guard that covers the attachments.
Safety system
The device is equipped with a well thought out security system. It will automatically shut off when the engine compartment is folded back. If at the same time the speed controller is not at zero, then when the engine compartment is returned to its original position, the motor will not turn on, and to turn it on, you must first move the controller to the zero position, and then set the speed. In the closed and tilted position, the engine compartment is fixed, so that it can be moved from one position to another only when the handle is moved to the desired position. If you forgot about the included mixer, it will turn off automatically after 20 minutes at speeds 1-3 and after 10 minutes at speeds 4-6.

Preparation for work and use
Before using for the first time, wash all parts of the mixer except the engine compartment and wipe dry. Wipe the engine compartment with a damp and then dry cloth.
Preparation for work
1. Add the desired ingredients to the mixer bowl. Please do not exceed the maximum amount of ingredients indicated on the bowl. Please note that for some ingredients, the maximum amount may be even lower than the mark. See the Tips section for details.
2. Turn the engine compartment locking knob counterclockwise, and swing the engine compartment up.
3. Place the bowl on the base and turn counterclockwise until it stops.
4. Insert the bit onto the spindle so that the pin on the axle is in the groove on the bit, then slightly push the bit and turn it clockwise until it stops. Attention! Whisk and stirring attachment can be attached to any spindle. It is forbidden to install several attachments on the spindles at the same time, except for a pair of dough hooks. The hooks can be individually fitted to any spindle.
5. Turn the locking knob counterclockwise and lower the engine compartment.
6. Place the lid on the bowl.
The bowl lid prevents splashes from flying out when the mixer is running. To install the lid, slide it onto the bowl with the neck facing forward, and then lower it onto the edges of the bowl. Ingredients can be added through the neck of the lid on the fly.
Attention! Turn off the mixer before installing or removing attachments, bowl and bowl lid, and before tilting the engine compartment. Do not place solid objects in the bowl while the mixer is running.
Turning on the mixer
To turn on the mixer, turn the speed control clockwise to the desired speed. To turn off the mixer, turn the knob to the “O” position. To turn on the pulse mode, turn the control counterclockwise to the “P” position and hold it. After releasing the handle, it will automatically return to zero position and the mixer will turn off.
Advice:
When kneading dough or whipping liquid products, first set the speed to low and then gradually increase it. If the high speed is turned on immediately, ingredients may splatter or spray.
Don't fill the bowl to the top. Be aware that whipping the ingredients can double or even quadruple in volume.
Attention!
The mixer is intended for household use only. Its use for commercial purposes is unacceptable, since the mixer is not designed to work in industrial volumes.
Use the mixer only at room temperature and normal humidity.
Do not overload the mixer, especially when kneading tight dough. The stronger the dough, the smaller its volume should be. For example, dough for pies and buns - no more than 1.5 kg. Dough for dumplings - no more than 1 kg. If the dough is even stronger, its volume should be further reduced.
When kneading the dough, set the working speed to no more than half of the maximum (in the range from 1 to 3 on the scale of the speed regulator), otherwise the mixer may overheat or deteriorate due to excessive load.
Do not use the mixer for more than 5 minutes in a row. After 5 minutes of continuous operation, the mixer should be allowed to cool down for at least 10 minutes.
Continuous operation and / or overloading will cause the motor to overheat, after which the fuse will trip and the motor will be damaged.
Failure to comply with the listed restrictions may lead to failure of the mixer and denial of warranty service.
Dough kneading
The maximum amount of flour per bowl is 1500 g.
The recommended ratio of flour to water is 5 to 3.
Mix the ingredients for the dough in the following order:
• 10 seconds at speed 1;
• 10 seconds at speed 2;
• about 3 minutes at speed 3.
Use a dough hook or stirring paddle to knead the dough.
Whipping egg whites and cream
• The maximum number of eggs is 12.
Beat the egg whites non-stop at a speed of 4 to 6 for about 5 minutes until a firm foam.
• Amount of cream - 250 ml.
Whisk the fresh cream at a speed of 4 to 6 for about 5 minutes.
When filling the mixer bowl with milk, cream or other ingredients, do not exceed their maximum level.
Use a whisk to whisk.
Mixing cocktails or other liquids
Combine the ingredients according to the recipe at a speed of 1 to 6 for approximately 5 minutes.
Use a stirring paddle to mix cocktails.
Do not exceed the maximum amount of ingredients for the mixer bowl.
Mixer cleaning and maintenance
Switch off the mixer and disconnect it from the power supply before cleaning. Make sure that the speed control knob is in the "0" position.
Wipe the engine compartment housing with a damp or dry cloth. Do not immerse the mixer in water.
The mixer bowl is dishwasher safe. Wash the cover and attachments under running water and detergent. After washing, dry the cover and attachments with a dry towel or air dry. The attachments, protective cover and bowl lid must not be washed in the dishwasher.
