Ingredients

Potatoes 2 pcs.
Round rice 1 \ 2st.
Boiling water 1L.
Thyme 1h l.
Cumin (ground) 1h l.
Basil green 5 twigs
Parsley 5 twigs
Olive oil 2st. l.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Heat oil in a frying pan, put cumin, thyme, warm slightly.
  • Add diced potatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan.
  • Rinse the rice, transfer to a saucepan.
  • Add water, cook until rice is done.
  • Chop parsley and basil. Add to ready-made soup, season to taste, bring to a boil, turn off the heat.
  • Let the soup steep for 5-10 minutes. Add water if necessary.
