  • Eggplant and zucchini caviar.
  • I took the recipe from the book for our Bora, but changed it a little.
  • Took:
  • 3 eggplants
  • 1 squash
  • 2 peppers (red and yellow)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Cilantro and parsley (half and quarter of a bunch, respectively)
  • Hmeli-suneli (with blue fenugreek -utskho-suneli) 1 tsp
  • Black pier, pepper and salt - a little.
  • 1 mst of water

  • Preparation:
  • Cut all vegetables and put in a bowl, except for tomatoes. Set the Steamer mode 3 level 25 minutes (I set 30)

  • At the end of the program, add tomatoes, garlic, herbs to the bowl - mix everything and put on Multi-cook 110 * 10 minutes.

Note

After the Steamer mode, the lid was all in the onion and the condensate compartment was full, Borya had to turn off and empty this compartment. A lot of broth was still formed and I poured it out of the bowl as a colonel. Then I added greens, tomatoes, garlic, and on the Multipovar everything worked fine. I think next time either do not pour water at all, or just a little.
But at the exit, the dish turned out to be very tasty. My mother is a fan of Georgian cuisine and she always makes something like this dish on the stove. Only she must have sun oil. So I would also add it to the recipe, just a little.
