Ingredients

Kefir or curdled milk 500 ml
Chicken egg 1 PC.
Salt taste
Sugar 2 tsp
Soda or baking powder 1 tsp
Flour
Boiled milk 200 ml.
Minced meat for filling 200 g

Cooking method

  • Mix kefir, egg, sugar, salt, add flour to make the dough like thick sour cream.
  • Boil the milk, cool it slightly, pour it into the dough, add soda or baking powder, stir everything well and bake pancakes.
  • We prepare the filling - either from boiled beef or chicken.
  • Fill the pancakes with minced meat, fold in envelopes, roll in a beaten egg first, then in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan.

Note
