  • Figure: For cereals - only round grain. It is starchy and porridge is obtained as porridge, and not rice floating in milk. I prefer adding 3/4 cup of cereal to my taste, I like medium density. If you leave it on the heat and just stand - definitely 3/4 cup. For rice porridge, which you will immediately eat, it is quite possible to take 1 glass. In the photo - porridge from 1 multi-glass and immediately put on a plate. Cooking time 1 hour

  • Millet. It swells strongly, so even if you eat right away, it is better to take 3/4 of a multi-glass.
  • This is a porridge made from 1 cup of millet per 1 liter of milk and stood for several hours without heating. Has become dense and well-kept in shape:

  • Wheat (couscous).
  • Swells well. To get medium density, it is better to take 3/4 cup. If left to warm / stand, then 2/3 of the multi-glasses will be fine. This is a porridge made from 2/3 cup of couscous, which stood after cooking for several hours until the morning without heating:
