Herculean biscuit pie with cranberries and ginger

Ingredients

Butter 250 g
Hercules 3 stkn *
Egg 2 pcs
Wheat flour 1 stkn
Granulated sugar 1/2 stkn
Dried cranberries 100 g
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
Fresh ginger taste
Baking powder 1 tsp
Sesame seeds for sprinkling
* stkn = faceted glass

Cooking method

  • Melted butter, added rolled oats. Hercules was pre-ground in a blender. I had less than a pack of oils (less than 200 g), added vegetable oil, mixed.
  • Beat eggs with sugar, added flour, baking powder, mixed - and in rolled oats, then added ginger, cranberries, lemon juice grated on a fine grater, mixed everything.
  • I greased the multicooker bowl with oil, laid out the dough, sprinkled it with sesame seeds on top, baked it in baking mode for 50 minutes, checked the readiness with a wooden skewer.
  • Cut warm, crumble!
  • Herculean biscuit pie with cranberries and ginger

Time for preparing:

20 minutes + 50 minutes baking

Note

As a side note, I should note that the original recipe from the site from Natalia-Busina was taken as a basis, for which many thanks to her!
Despite the seemingly unprepossessing appearance, it is VERY tasty! All fillers can be changed depending on your taste. Instead of cranberries-ginger, you can put prunes, dried apricots, raisins, nuts, dried cherries, muesli, sprinkle with seeds, poppy seeds, etc., etc. on top, or you can put nothing at all. The recipe is so simple and versatile that every time you get something new, tasty and, I dare to hope, very useful!

Irina, thanks for the recipe.
In the absence of a faceted glass, I climbed into the network asking how many ml in a faceted glass. I found the following answer:
Plain faceted - 200, faceted with piping 250
How many ml do you have?
Saharok
Anh, 250 ml. I didn't think that a faceted glass is already history ...
