Soup I cook mostly broth, under pressure for 50 minutes, without pressure for 1 hour 20 minutes, the time counts down immediately, from cold water to a clear saturated broth, although I carefully remove all fat and skin from the same chicken (foam settles on the bottom and walls). On the stove, get such a broth, the liquid will evaporate by half. And here everything is as it was
Temperature 96 g, no boil-off, no escape, cooked with and without a valve. It is very convenient that the steam itself is released 3 minutes before cooking.
Why only broth? Stupidly not enough time, I also want to cook a second, so as not to stand over it. Although I cooked pea soups, mushroom soups with lentils, everything is good and tasty, boiled legumes.
Mode cereals- very happy. Buckwheat turns out a grain to a grain, even the cheapest (of course it looks more expensive than the color), I make the proportions 1: 2 and cook with pressure for 30 minutes, from cold water to ready-made cereals. Delicious lentils, rice mixtures. In the same mode, I make cereals + vegetables + pre-stewed / fried meat / chicken / fish on top.
Nothing has ever escaped or burnt.
Mode pilaf-wow. Than? The fact that I burned in the cauldron anyway, but here it turns out great.
Separately, I make a zirvak (you can fry in a multitask, but I'm on gas, in parallel on two burners) I combine everything in a multi pan, on top of spices and rice and with water it is necessary to be more careful, not like in a cauldron, 2 cm higher than rice, but literally a little - a little to cover.
I put it on 40 minutes (automatically with a pressure of 55 minutes, but I cook a little by the amount, not a full saucepan, though mine all sweep away in the evening, I will probably cook a lot and by default on time) , let stand-very tasty
Mode yogurt- I do it on evitalia, very good dense yogurt, fat content 1.5 and 3.5 percent. It tastes like Greek yogurt in salad, in soups instead of sour cream and just like that with jam or preserves.

That is, the temperature accelerates quickly enough.

Heating I do not turn it off, because I put the porridge in the morning in the evening, they have breakfast and they leave us on the heating, but to be honest, I didn't feel much difference, except for thickening, I didn't taste it, maybe I need to simmer it for a couple of hours: on milk, does not curl, milk is cold and I use UP.
