Ingredients

Wheat flour 250 g

Sugar 125 g
Chicken eggs 2 pcs.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk 60 ml
Vanillin optional as a flavoring
Boiled condensed milk **) optional for filling

Cooking method

  • Beat the softened butter with sugar. You can replace sugar with powdered sugar, then the whipping process will be much easier.
  • Add eggs and continue beating.
  • After adding the mixture of flour with baking powder, then milk, finish beating, obtaining a creamy state of the dough.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 ° C until tender, about 45 - 55 minutes.
