Cakes:

Egg	3 pcs.
Sugar	1.5 tbsp.
Honey	3 tbsp. l.
Cognac	8 tbsp. l.
Sour cream	100 g
Soda (I add soda + citric acid)	1 tsp
Cream:
Butter (in cream)	200 g
Condensed milk	1 can
Vanillin	taste
Nuts	1 glass

Cooking method

• Cakes:
• Beat eggs with sugar.
• Add honey, 3 tbsp. l. cognac, sour cream. Stir well again.
• Mix the sifted flour with baking powder, then add to the egg-sour cream mixture and mix well. The dough is pouring like thick sour cream.
• The original recipe suggests baking 3 cakes (but I only get 2).
• Spray the remaining cognac (5 tbsp. L.) On the cakes. Lubricate the cakes with cream. Build a cake. Decorate the top cake according to your mood with grated chocolate, nuts ...
• Cream:
• Boil condensed milk for 3 hours or take ready-made boiled condensed milk.
• Beat the butter. Add condensed milk and beat again.
• Add nuts and mix well.
