Curd ice cream

Ingredients

Cottage cheese 300 g
Dried apricots 100 g
Sugar 100 g
Yogurt 400 g
Vanillin

Cooking method

  • Preparation:

  • First, beat the cottage cheese, dried apricots and sugar in a blender. Then add vanillin and yoghurt, and beat again. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze.



  • Then place the ice cream in a container and place in the freezer.

  • Notes:

  • It is better to put cottage cheese soft so that grains do not come across in the finished ice cream.

  • Instead of dried apricots, you can put strawberries or something else to taste. If necessary, adjust the amount of sugar.

  • I wanted to put in strawberries, but I was already making ice cream with them, and so I added dried apricots.
