Ice cream "Creme brulee"

Ingredients

Baked milk 1 tbsp.
Fat cream 1 tbsp.
Sugar (brown is better, but if not, then regular sugar is possible) 1 tbsp. l.
Condensed milk 0.5 tbsp.
Liqueur "Amaretto" (optional, but it is more aromatic) 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Melt the sugar in a dry frying pan (do not stir!) Until slightly brown (do not overdo it, otherwise it will taste bitter), pour hot! baked milk and stir constantly until the caramel is completely dissolved. Then add condensed milk, Amaretto liqueur, heavy cream, mix thoroughly, cool and freeze with an ice cream maker.

I copied myself a recipe from the ABCcooking forum, but I restrain myself from preparing it (already 4 boxes with different ice cream are in the freezer
I hope this is not a disease - I just haven't played enough with a new ice cream maker yet)
