Ingredients

Buckwheat 1.5-2 tbsp.
Minced meat 0.5KG
Eggs 2 pcs.
Onion 1-2 pcs.
Garlic 2 teeth
Salt pepper
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
Breadcrumbs
Rast. frying oil

Cooking method

  • Boil buckwheat in water without oil, cool. Peel the onion and garlic, grind in a blender (or three for a grater). Mix all ingredients into a homogeneous minced meat. If the minced meat is scattered in your hands, you can add another egg. The mass should be plastic, but not liquid.
  • We make round cutlets. Roll them in bread crumbs. Fry over medium heat in vegetable oil until tender. During frying, turn over the Greek people very carefully, they are tender, they can fall apart. Therefore, it is better to wait for turning over until the moment when it is well fried and the bottom of the cutlets grabs. In general, we fry to a specific crust and only then turn it over to the other side.

The simplest buckwheat cutlets. But I thought, what if someone has not tried it yet.

In summer, there is nothing better for these Greek people than a salad of fresh cucumbers and tomatoes. And in winter, we like to eat them best with canned zucchini.

Thank you very much for the recipe! Buckwheat remained and did not know where to use it, I fried cutlets according to your recipe. My son is pivered, so I didn't tell him about the new Greek dish.
