Plain White Bread (Plain Loaf)

Ingredients:

 

  • 3/4 cup water (piped)
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 st. tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of milk powder
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast

 

Cooking method:

Prepare bread in BREAD or BREAD RAPID mode following the instructions.

Note: The indicated amount of yeast is for baking bread in the main cycle (BREAD mode). To bake bread on an accelerated cycle (BREAD RAPID mode), the amount of yeast should be increased by 1/2 tsp.
