Plain White Bread (Small Loaf)

Ingredients:

 

  • 3/8 cup water (piped)
  • 1 cup of bread flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 ct. tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp. tablespoons of milk powder
  • 1/2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast

 

Cooking method:

Prepare bread in BREAD or BREAD RAPID mode following the instructions.
Note: the indicated amount of yeast is intended for baking bread in the main cycle (BREAD mode). To bake bread on an accelerated cycle (BREAD RAPID mode), the amount of yeast should be increased by 1/2 tsp.
