Hake with miso paste

Ingredients

hake fillet 4 things.
mirin 100 ml.
water 100 ml.
fresh grated ginger 1 tsp
pasto miso 1 tbsp. l.
garlic 2 tooth.
honey 1 tbsp. l. ( taste)
chopped parsley 1 tbsp. l.
lemon zest option 1/3 tsp
salt (I did not add) taste

Cooking method

  • Hake with miso pasteMix Mirin with water, add honey. Stir.
  • Pour into a bowl. Add miso paste, ginger and garlic.
  • Hake with miso pasteAdd parsley. Try it. If necessary, then salt.
  • Hake with miso pasteCut the hake fillet into pieces. Put in the marinade and leave for an hour.
  • Hake with miso pasteRemove the fish and place in a baking dish.
