Ingredients

Curd cream cheese 250 g
Soft cottage cheese (0%) 250 g
Cream 35% 50 g
Sugar 90 g
Almond cookies (cake) * 6 pcs.
Vanillin pinch
Rum natural flavor 3 drops
Gelatin (I have instant) 6 g
Boiled water (cold) 50 ml
Cherry fresh 18 pcs.
Grated chocolate

Cooking method

  • Soak gelatin in water (my gelatin is instant and does not require preliminary swelling), stir and melt - I melted in the microwave for 30 seconds at a power of 750 watts. Leave aside.
  • Rinse the cherries, dry and remove the seeds.
  • Put curd cheese, cottage cheese, cream, vanillin and rum flavor into a bowl - beat for 3-4 minutes, adding sugar in small portions.

  • Put 1/3 of the resulting mass in a mold, previously moistened with water and covered with cling film - this way it will better "lie" in shape.   • Top with a thin layer of cream and place 3 cherries on top of each cookie
