Ingredients

Orange 2 pcs.
Red onion 0.5 pcs.
Olives 4 things.
Green onion 2 pcs.
Liquid honey 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 1 tsp
Pine nuts (roasted) 1 handful

Cooking method

  • Peel the oranges by cutting off the entire white part and cut into thin slices. Place large circles overlapping on a plate in a circle. Make a flower in the center of the small ones.
  • Cut the onion into thin half rings and place on the oranges.
  • Cut olives into slices and place on top. Put a whole olive oil in the center.
  • Put nuts in each olive, and sprinkle the rest on top.
  • Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
  • Mix honey, butter and juice. Pour the resulting dressing over the oranges.
  • Refrigerate.
