  • Knead the dough until elastic and leave to rise in a warm place until it doubles in volume

  • Knead the matched dough and cut into small balls.
  • The author of the book proposes to divide the dough into 4 parts, roll each part into a rope 35 cm long and cut each rope into 18 parts and form balls.
  • My eye and I (even with a ruler) are not friends at all. Therefore, the total weight of the dough was divided by 72 (oops!) 36 (since I did half the norm) and each future ball was weighed on a pharmaceutical balance (approx. 13.50 g).
  • Balls of three are stacked in a muffin mold
  • Clover Leaf Rolls
  • Cover with foil, let stand for about an hour
  • Clover Leaf Rolls
  • At the end of the proofing, grease with melted butter.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200 C for about 20 minutes.

The dish is designed for

24 pieces

Time for preparing:

20 minutes

Cooking program:

oven preheated to 200 C

Note

Did half of the norm.

The buns turned out to be fluffy, of bread taste, went well with the soup. I will repeat, but, most likely, I will reduce the amount of yeast.

You know, here I am just recently on this forum, and I rarely look for recipes on purpose, and I draw ideas on how to make a dish cute or unusual from those recipes that appear every day, so it's not even bad for me that the recipe has appeared again - so to say the new is the forgotten old.

I absolutely agree, sometimes you will find the right recipe, just because someone's answer appeared there, if it weren't for THIS recipe, I wouldn't have seen these buns either.
