Good day! Here I am with my biscuits! Thank you very much for the recipe !!!!! Photo first, and then the history of cooking.
baked !!!!

And the story is this: yesterday I cooked chicken broth, and this morning I decided to bake biscuits for it. There was no bran flour, but after an audit, buckwheat flour was found in the cabinet. I did everything according to the recipe, added more dried onions for taste, only instead of flour with bran I poured the same amount of buckwheat flour. you should have seen this spectacle! It didn't stick at all !!!! Well, everything, I think, covered my biscuits with a wet basin. another recipe with HP did not work.In order to somehow stick it all together, I added another 1 tbsp. l. grows up. oil, added 1 tsp. yeast, and added simple raw water from the filter to such a state that it would just blind it all. In short, she blinded it somehow, covered it with a bag so that it would not dry out, and went for a walk with the children. When I came to the kitchen, I found that the dough became very pleasant, soft (my husband says - like sissya) with a very tasty smell of buckwheat and onions. They began to roll out the dough on a silicone mat, it is really very pliable, it did not stick at all, even without flour. They cut out such figures with their daughters. The oven is very fast and a pleasure! And how delicious they are, cold and with soup !!!! True, I don’t know how important the broth is in this version (with buckwheat flour) - after all, buckwheat still interrupts the smell and taste of chicken broth. In short, buckwheat biscuits with dried onions are just mnyam !!!!! So thank you very much again for the recipe, albeit with my variations
