The potatoes are so good that we can safely say, they are even better than on the fire. It took exactly 35 minutes to prepare, as the author of the recipe says. I had my doubts. whether the potatoes will not be raw, or vice versa, dried, or maybe the flour will burn. And how to eat with the peel ?! ... There were many doubts. I cooked and declare responsibly, the potatoes bake perfectly, do not dry out at all, the peel is thin and very tasty, and not salty at all! And yet, the peel separates perfectly. Lord, how delicious it is! And I ate baked potatoes with smoked bacon! Yes, that's a thing! I really liked this quick way of baking, I want to try to bake small beets with carrots in a "salt coat" and then freeze some of them, so that boiled beets and carrots are always ready.
