MODEL OVERVIEW

Taking care of the health of loved ones will also help the function of making homemade yoghurt and butter. Borodino bread is perfect for traditional Russian dishes.
• The "Russian Chef" mode was created for baking rye, pumpkin, honey-mustard, sour cream bread, kulich and other types of bread according to your recipes. A special mode designed for rich pastries with a lot of sugar, fat, cheese and eggs. To prepare white bread, use the main mode. The difference between the programs is in the intensity of mixing.
• The “Quick Bread” program lasts about 2 hours.
• The "Dough" mode is mainly used for making yeast dough, the process takes just over an hour. But the collection contains recipes for yeast-free pizza and dumplings dough.

Test result: For baking a white loaf, we have chosen a recipe for table bread with butter and milk powder. It turned out to be a very homemade, unusual bread with a delicate crumb and crumbly crust (photo 1).
We prepared the cake according to the manufacturer's recipe, adding components in two stages. The first tab was kneaded for about 15 minutes, then, on a signal, we introduced the second batch of products. The cake came out lush, ruddy and very tasty.
Honey-mustard bread was also a success: it turned out to be a beautiful loaf with a pleasant complex flavor.
Advantages: The most interesting features of the appliance are the additional functions for preparing yoghurt and butter. The yoghurt is kept at a temperature comfortable for bacteria from 6 to 8 hours. The butter is whipped in an hour. Both modes provide homemade, safe foods that can be safely given to children.
disadvantages: Unfortunately, there is no indication of the cooking phase, and the signal does not sound very loud. For example, after the end of baking, the keep warm mode is immediately activated, and it is not clear whether the bread can be taken out or not.
