Pickle with duck (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Giblets, wings, duck neck
Bulb onions 1 small
Champignon mushrooms 1-2 pcs. large
Carrot 1 PC. small
Pickles 2-3 pcs. medium or to taste, you can also add cucumber pickle 0.5-1 glass.
Potatoes 1-2 pcs.
Dry pearl barley 2 tbsp. l.
Water by the thickness of the soup
Spice 1-2 tsp for soup
Fresh greens 1-2 tbsp. l
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • I boiled duck meat first, as it doesn't always cook quickly. Put the meat in a saucepan, water about 1 liter, Multi-cook mode 10-12 minutes, 110 * - I bring it to readiness.
  • While the meat is cooking, I cook vegetables:
  • I cut onions, potatoes, mushrooms. I rub cucumbers and carrots on a coarse grater.
  • The broth is ready.
  • I add vegetables, pearl barley (do not soak), spices, salt, herbs to the finished broth. If necessary, you can add more cucumber pickle to taste. I add more water to the desired thickness of the soup.
  • Turn on Multi-cook mode, 10-12 minutes, 110 * and bring it to readiness.
