Chicken breasts
Squid carcasses
Fresh cucumbers
Salt (to taste)
Mayonnaise

Cooking method

  • * By weight: weight of chicken breasts = weight of squid carcasses = weight of fresh cucumbers.
  • 1. Boil chicken breasts.
  • 2. Boil the squid carcasses (cook for ~ 3 min. - otherwise there will be "rubber".
  • 3. Cut everything into small squares: chicken breasts, squid carcasses and fresh cucumbers.
  • 4. Mix everything, salt and add mayonnaise.
  • 5. Put in the refrigerator for ~ 30 minutes. - and on the table.
  • * The salad is very satisfying and is prepared quickly, you can boil the chicken and squid in advance (for example: today it was cooked in the refrigerator and tomorrow it should be cut and mixed with mayonnaise).

Well, I cooked in a saucepan on the stove for 40 minutes. Fiddling with a pressure cooker in this case is lazy. It worked out well.

Only I got stuck with the broth ... I don't cook chicken broth ... I had to do something so that the broth would still remain. And I got upset and poured it out ... Fool ...

After boiling, if the meat is unfrozen, 20-25 minutes for the eyes will be enough for them. And the easiest and fastest way, for a salad, is steaming = 15 minutes and there is no broth left
