Spicy udder goulash with fruits and vegetables (Steba DD1)

Ingredients

beef udder 1 kg
potatoes 4-5pcs
pumpkin 500g
Bell pepper 1 PC
chilli 1 PC
large onion 1 PC
pear 100g.
plum 100g.
sour cream 2-3 st. l.
sugar 1 st. l.
salt, seasonings
Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l.
starch 1 tbsp. l.
butter 50gr

Cooking method

  • Simple, tasty and cheap recipe. Udder my beef, cut out all unnecessary, mode into pieces 5x5 cm, put in a bowl, pour boiling water, salt. "Meat" mode 0.7b 40min. While preparing, we clean and cut vegetables (in general, what I have, I have pumpkins and zucchini this year in large quantities), the main size is about 1x1 cm, you can 1.5x1.5 cm.It is advisable to chili, but remove the seeds. Cut 1 large onion or a couple of medium ones into the same cubes, pour flour and starch on the onion cubes and grind them with sprinkling. We cut the pear and plum into the same cubes (I have frozen 1: 1). We take out the finished udder, cool it, cut it into the same cubes. We leave 50 ml of broth. We put potatoes, onions in powder in it, then the udder, then the rest of the vegetables (what are there), salt, seasonings, sour cream, fruits, sugar, oil. It is desirable to preserve the sequence of layers. We close the cover and valve. "Vegetables" mode 0.7b 20 min. We are waiting for the release of pressure, open, mix, leave for 10-15 minutes.
  • Bon Appetit. Instead of sour cream, you can use any sauce, I did it with my "tomato chrenoder" and "thorn tkemali". Everything is delicious. Served with my bread, collect sauce.

An interesting recipe with fruits and vegetables, thanks so you can probably cook chicken fillet, I think the sauce is delicious here.

I did this when I was still cooking on the stove, then from the juices of fruits and vegetables the juice was mixed with already ground and wet starch and flour and a more or less homogeneous thick sauce was obtained. So I began to do this in a pressure cooker, because you cannot stir during cooking. The result is also a thick sauce, almost without lumps. I may be doing it wrong from the point of view of the chefs, but I like the result.
