Chefirde Pie with Meat and Cauliflower

Ingredients

Cauliflower large head of cabbage per 900 gr
meat, minced meat 600-800 gr
cheese 100-200gr
Salt, pepper, spices
Tomato paste 2-3 st. l
Green beans gr. 300
mushrooms (optional) gr300
milk or cream for mashed potatoes

Cooking method

  • Steam the cauliflower, make a smooth, tender puree, add salt, pepper to taste, 1 egg and a little cream (optional). Place half of the cabbage in a fireproof dish.
  • Cut the meat into pieces, add the green beans and put the cheese (half) on top of the meat. Place the rest of the cabbage puree on top and place the remaining cheese on top of the cabbage puree.
  • * If we are making from minced meat, then pre-fry the minced meat and add fried onions to it, drain all excess fat and put on a kitchen towel to avoid residual fat. If desired, you can add tomato sauce or pasta to the minced meat
  • Bake for 35-50 minutes at 180C.
