Cooking method

This time I didn’t have a whole rabbit, but the pieces, on the packaging of which it was written for stewing, is not a very good option, but I still decided to make it according to my favorite recipe, and put this recipe out, maybe it will work on the New Year's table.
Wash the rabbit, dry it, if it's whole, then cut it into pieces. For the marinade, three grated ginger and garlic, add the rest of the ingredients, except for mango and one spoonful of nut butter, mix the marinade thoroughly. Coat pieces of rabbit with this mixture and leave for 3 hours.
Peel and cut the mango into cubes.
According to the number of rabbit pieces, cut the foil, about 40x40, put the rabbit on the foil, mango pieces, sprinkle with the remaining butter and 2-3 ice cubes each. We wrap it in an envelope so that the juice does not flow out and put it on a wire rack in the oven or in a form.
After 35-40 minutes we take it out, the main thing is not to dry it out.
A very tender, juicy and fragrant rabbit.
To it, chili pepper jam, according to Tanya-Admin recipe, well, very tasty. The combination of mango, nut butter and jam gives an extraordinary taste!
