And here there are many miracle ovens, in which flour, yeast, water can be obtained, bread can be obtained. But all these appliances had a drawback - there was no crisp top, like from the oven. Who does not remember the feeling when you enter a French bakery, take a baguette and crack it crunching? So - the bread from the bread machine was not like that. No, it was delicious, but there was no positive feeling of oven bread. And so Panasonic has released a new SD-ZP2000KTS bread maker, which is very different from the old models of this brand. The main feature of this stove is the crispy crust, like from the oven. The stove is available in two colors: white and black. But so far this model is supplied to Russia only in black. I really did not like the translation of the instructions, each recipe says "durum wheat flour".

According to the instructions, in all Panasonic bread makers, first dry (yeast, flour, salt, sugar) are poured, then liquid ingredients. Kneading by the stove is very quiet and since there are no dispensers, it remains quiet throughout the entire program. On the very first program, the main crunchy one, there is no standing. Also, on programs with a crispy crust, you cannot select the weight and crust. OutputThe Panasonic SD-ZP2000KTS bread maker is very well made, the crust is really crispy, the kneading is quiet, in another room it is not heard at all. But Panasonic have always been the quietest bread makers, all the noise came from the dispenser. As the owner of several different bread makers, I can say that he is not needed, the additive dispenser did not close or it jammed, it happened that all the additives stuck together and did not spill out into the dough. I still had to watch. In my opinion, there is nothing easier than falling asleep on a signal. Yeast dispenser is also not needed, just noise from it. What could be easier than putting yeast under the flour? So the lack of dispensers is more of a plus than a minus. So far, I see only one minus in this bread maker - a very weak translation of the instructions. I also want to add that the menu item "baked goods only" no, but I guess that "cake" replaces it, since according to the instructions, "cupcake" baking only for 30 to 1-30 minutes. |
