And when you further click on the "Upload" button, this photo gets into the Site Gallery, where the inscription "Bread Maker" is automatically put on it (look in any recipe - on all the photos, at the bottom left, there is this inscription, it shows that the photo belongs to the author from the Bread Maker). And it turns out that: you took someone else's photo from the Internet and, having driven it into the Gallery, in fact appropriated it to the Bread Maker, thereby violating the copyright of the person to whom this photo really belongs.
