Liquid compared to what? With bread dough - of course liquid. The muffin dough is the consistency of thick sour cream. Is that?
ghost2010
Despite everything, the cupcake was a success! Almost .... Stuck to the teflon mold But the banana spirit eats up the eyes !!!!!!!!!!
P.S. The dough is "thick sour cream". So I did everything right
Scarecrow
Too bad it stuck. I do it in silicone, from there it falls out with a bang. But you can also fight Teflon. Spread butter or vegetable oil with your hands and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Twist the form so that the crackers stick to the butter everywhere. After that, spread the dough.

The recipe was published by Luda (aka mariana-aga). References Dory Greenspan as the author of this recipe.

They advertised it to me, they said it was very tasty. I could not pass by, I prepared it. I couldn't wait for the first bite for a long time - I had to let it cool down.
Quite by accident in the market I came across discounted bananas. Strongly overripe, overripe, already black. I clung to them so happily that the salespeople probably thought I was in a financial crisis. Let them think. They don’t know what delight can be made of these unattractive bananas.

Banana cake (Classic banana bundt cake)

Banana cake (Classic banana bundt cake)

Banana cake (Classic banana bundt cake) Banana cake (Classic banana bundt cake)
Required:
3 cups flour (415g)
2 tsp baking soda (I took 1.5 tsp.)
1/2 tsp salt
240g softened butter
2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla essence (who does not have vanilla sugar)
4 very ripe bananas (325-350g pulp)
1 glass of sour cream or natural yogurt without fillers (270g)

Sift flour, soda and salt and mix.

Beat butter, add sugar (vanilla sugar) and beat all together into a fluffy mass. Add eggs one at a time while whisking. Add vanilla essence.

Mash the bananas well with a fork and mix with sour cream. Bananas should be very, very ripe. Better - overripe, almost with black koruha.

Add bananas with sour cream and flour with salt and soda to the butter mass alternately, stirring without fanaticism with a spatula. Knead to a homogeneous dough. Do not use a mixer. All the slightest remaining "strings" of banana pulp just whip into a liquid and spoil the texture of the finished product.

Place the dough in a greased savarene tin (with a hole in the center). Knock the mold on the table (if it is silicone, shake it, lifting it by one edge) to release air bubbles, level the surface and bake for 75 minutes at 180 degrees. The cupcake rises a lot - about twice, so calculate the volume of the form.

The color of the muffin will vary depending on the banana. Strongly ripe bananas give it a chocolate color. Mine were black, but not enough yet.

Strong banana flavor, slightly damp texture. Delicious. You just need to let it cool down to at least a warm state.
And you can bake it in a mulichka ???

Girls and boys, tell me how much weight is obtained from this recipe? And in what shape (diameter) is it better? 24 cm is not enough? Do I have such a split form for a biscuit, or is it not suitable for such a dough? will pour out?

Tanya, I don't remember the weight, but it's better to take the shape with a diameter of 26 cm.

Oh yeah!! The main thing is that the bananas are correct: black, scary and overripe!
uncas skvo
oh, this is my favorite banana bread! I was given a recipe about 8 years ago by an American friend - I often did it then .. and then I forgot (((thanks for reminding me! I will definitely do it!
By the way, I did it with ordinary bananas - yellow, in a normal state - you still get characteristic blotches in the dough.
moby
I made a cupcake. Despite the fact that I did not cook it from overripe bananas, the crumb still turned out to be dark, moist. It seemed sweet to my parents, but just right for me.
Bananas taste like dried bananas Thanks for the recipe
Scarecrow
The sweetness can be adjusted to suit your preferences. And try with the overripe. They acquire not only a stupefying smell, but also a somewhat peculiar tektura, starchiness, which affects the dough.

I tried to hide three muffin bananas. Well, yes, well, yes ... It's not in my family that you need to do this ...
Oh-oh-very much I love this cupcake. Classic!
moby
Scarecrow, I have the same situation with bananas. Specially bought with dark barrels, waited, honestly, 2 days And then everything, breaking, I can not ... and began to bake and eat
All the same, I will gain willpower and wait for their death))

Sometimes they are sold already black, discounted besides! This is the way out. You don't have to wait and jump around them.
moby
Yes, I understand, just do not meet such black people in our stores. Not even in the markets. Therefore, we are waiting)

Put them in an apple bag overnight (speeds up ripening)

Together with the apple, he will make them smart.
moby
Yes, this is also possible. I put aside the remaining bananas. So, next time I will bake from blackened ones, the result is interesting. And there will already be something to compare!

Thank you very much for the delicious cupcake, everyone liked it very much
But it turned out the second time. The first one was unsuccessful, I tried to bake in KhP. It turned out raw, brrr ... But in the oven it is excellent! Here!

And really good.

It is not suitable for HP. We need a not very high temperature for a long time, and in HP it is not regulated and calculated on a standard cake. That is, it was baked on top, but inside it was not "dried out".

Girls, what's the structure of the dough in this cupcake? Tomorrow I want to try to do it. There are just three bananas lying around. I plan in silicone molds in the form of bears, but I have one tablet for 6 pieces. There are also paper cupcake tins. The dough won't decompose them? That is, I will not get a pile on the substrate? No metal or silicone molds

In principle, it can. I do not trust paper (no form). She doesn't hold much cupcakes. And there are no other forms? Well, let it be for one medium cupcake. Some will be small - take them out earlier, some with a medium cupcake.
Sandiya
there is an even larger form. Therefore, I will do as you advise. Thank you . Another question has matured - yesterday I bought three silicone molds. Tablet with bears and a duck with a hare. On the duck and the hare there are markings +220 - 60 degrees, and a crossed out icon is a glass with a fork. On the tablet, the same icon is not crossed out, t-ra +230 -40. All forms of food. But I doubted - does the crossed out icon mean that this is not a form for food products? I'm afraid the child will bake in them. Now I'm running for butter and making cupcakes

Actually, yes. Glass with a fork - marking for a product intended for contact with food. A crossed out glass with a fork, respectively, vice versa. And how, then, to bake in such a form, especially curly? The manufacturer did not come up with it in advance?
Sandiya
baked muffins - in a silin plate, the rest in a paper cake mold. I'll carry the duck and the hare back to the store. Let them either change to a tablet, or return the money. The cupcakes are delicious and beautiful! Thanks for the recipe

How I met an old friend!)))
Natasha, I remember this your cupcake from ED, in my opinion)))
In general, a very long time ago)))
Only in our stores it is now hard to find normal ripe bananas, and overripe ones ...
They are still green, but they are already beginning to rot.
And not overripe, namely, rot (((
So where I see, I grab it right away ...
Very, very tasty, tender and juicy, with a pronounced banana taste)))
Thank you!

Most likely these forms are for curly jelly.

Unfortunately, I didn't get a cupcake 8 cm high, handsome, but inside it is plasticine, cool. I tasted the sides - very tasty!
Can you tell me my mistake, I want to try again
I replaced the butter with margarine, everything else is exactly according to the recipe. She baked in a slow cooker for 90 minutes.
Scarecrow
Excessively moist dough. Somewhere with a liquid a bobble came out. Maybe sour cream or yogurt is thin, plus wet flour and the dough turned out to be putty. But. In the cartoon, I also never baked it, and I generally don't like how to bake a cartoon. I could only confirm the above with confidence if you baked in the oven in the same way as I did. And here we get a problem with two unknowns. The multicooker has a small enclosed space, perhaps it maintains excessive moisture during baking, preventing the dough from "drying out" ... The author claims that a form with a hole in the middle is needed), etc. That is, the dough layer should not be very thick. In the cartoon, it turns out to be a pie.
Freesia
Thanks for the clarification! I'll try in the oven. Someone here successfully baked this cupcake in a slow cooker, so I took it. There were no problems with baking in MV until today

I think you didn't have enough time for baking. It was necessary to check for readiness with a splinter and if it was wet, put it for another cycle.
Freesia
Thank you! I checked that the splinter was dry. All the same cool

Banana cake (Classic banana bundt cake)

Have we bought a form in more than one store? Already the third person is a carbon copy cupcake. Although the decorations, Iriska, you made us.
Iriska
Oh, Natasha, don't tell me! Jewelry for me is now a sore subject.I have seen enough of mastic cakes and I got carried away! The album already contains a thousand photos from the tyrnet. I bought tools - a fortune. I made all kinds of flowers-stars, now there is something to decorate.
RybkA
Girls, and who baked for the entire specified volume? Did you have enough time, baked normally? And then I don't have an electric oven, it doesn't seem to lie.
But the taste is a fairy tale. We nibbled where we could, and the rest had to be thrown away
Now I want to make half a portion and make small ones, how much time should I allocate?
Scarecrow
It was necessary to determine readiness with a splinter and leave to bake.
RybkA
So I don't have a splinter, nothing longer than a toothpick or a match, but a cupcake, then hoo it came out!

For Vskusnyatin's recipe: nyam: extraordinary. Only in my cut I realized what these specks were, I have them purple, cool. Yeah, it's not for nothing that I watched (hid) bananas at home for a week. It turned out the first time. Zaaapah, tall, gentle, soft, DELICIOUS! True, its a lot something turned out Form 24 * 34 and rose in the oven above the form. Next time I'll try to add walnuts. I never thought that it would be like this ...... generally understandable. : yahoo: bookmarked. Please How to insert a photo? Through the gallery?

This is the most famous recipe, so it had to come out by all means! I love him. This is from the category of recipes that are inherited)))

As I saw this recipe, I fell in love right away ... I decided unequivocally - I need to bake it .... His husband's favorite pie is already boring ... I decided to diversify, but I was too lazy to read the comments ...

I did everything in half, but the bananas turned out to be a little more than half in the recipe, but not at all ... and so I am so pleased, looking at this airy-aromatic dough ... I loaded it into HP ... which was what it was, along the way, my mistake!

He began to rise amazingly ... such a straight OX pleased my soul ... and the smell ... all over the neighborhood ...
But after 55 minutes I realized that we were about to burn ... but patiently waited another 10 minutes and did not torment him anymore ... I put it on for 75 minutes at 160 degrees ... got it somewhere on 65th ... he quickly settled down and became wet ... But my husband smears with chocolate paste and does not complain ...

In general, he failed in HP ...

Banana cake (Classic banana bundt cake)
But I will definitely repeat it anyway ... in a slow cooker ... well, I don't have an oven ...
Scarecrow
In the oven, I get it without problems. It is a pity that HP has spoiled everything.

Natasha, the skin is completely black, but inside in some places. Black streaks in the cupcake turned out like marble. Delicious!
