The time was set at 6 o'clock. When there was 1 hour 35 minutes left until the end of the program, I decided to see what was in the pot. And there the serum has already separated. I quickly took out the pot, it was very hot, especially the bottom. I measured the temperature of kefir in the pot - it turned out to be 47 degrees. Upset, of course. I hoped that the trouble of overheating would pass me, but no. I put a pot of kefir in the refrigerator. We must look for something as a pad to the bottom.
