Found another advantage in grilling 4.4. There, the fastening of the top panel is arranged in such a way that the left and right hinges are sufficiently independent of each other. If the piece has unequal thickness, then you can cover it with the top plate at an angle, when the left side is higher-lower than the right or the front part is lower-higher than the back. This achieves maximum adhesion of the upper surface to the product.
Due to the presence of a smooth plate in my batch, I consider this contact grill to be the most practical for Shteba.

Here are some other pluses in 4.4:

- cook on oiled plates. Why was the top plate damaged more? On the bottom plate, dripping fat remains, which does not allow burning food particles to coke on the surface. You can grease the panels with a silicone brush, or you can put the product on the grill already in oil;
- If the food is burnt, remove it as soon as possible, even if the grill is still hot. At this point, the roasts are usually not very sticky yet. You can do this with a paper towel in several layers so as not to burn yourself. You can use a silicone spatula. If more than one product is made, then before each batch, clean off the burnt particles and refresh the oil film. Or you can put food already doused with oil;
