I open the lid and just close the bottom of the dispenser, it's quick and doesn't hurt the bread. This happens approximately 15 minutes after the start of the program. Do not believe what is written about her on the net. All these reviews did not stop me. Now I bake bread every day, make dough. I haven't made dumplings or dumplings for 100 years, I'm too lazy to knead the dough, but now I'm making (the dough), and the children are making it.

I cut it warm, I had to wait. I will repeat the recipe, slightly altered:
180gr. butter (spread) soft cut into pieces
210 gr. Sahara
1 pack of vanillin
4 eggs
a pinch of salt
put it in a bread machine and on "Super" - twisted it for 5 minutes, then added
250g flour-1 tbsp. a spoon with a top (for sprinkling raisins) mixed with 1 package of baking powder. As the oven began to squeak (this is 10 minutes from the beginning), I poured 170 grams of raisins mixed with flour. And closed it. Then, after kneading, there is a rise for 12 minutes, in fact it is heating the chamber. But all the same, I thought my butter would melt, etc., but I'm experimenting further ... The baking of the remaining 48 minutes was not enough, I baked it on baking (program 10) for another 30 minutes. And then left it in the stove for 10 minutes and pulled it out. baked perfectly, rose also not bad.

Beauty ... No need to wash the mixer and other utensils. Now I do this only.

The dough for pies, I'll put the whitewash on the timer, I'll come home from work and the dough is ready. On dumplings, manti I forgot when I did it, it was lazy, and now it's even interesting. The dough does great. If I bake in the oven, then I make it thin, then I follow the consistency. Only at night I close the door to the kitchen and turn off the sound, it gets in the way for me, but everything is fine.
